Used Lincat OG8202/N Flat Chrome Griddle. Match high demand for meats with this large Lincat Opus 800 Griddle, complete with two independent cooking zones to maximise your cooking capabilities. These two heating areas can be used to double your cooking output or alternatively provide a separate area for complementary foods such as onions and mushrooms. A tall splashguard reduces the chance of fat spilling onto nearby surfaces whilst an integrated drain hole removes excess fat during cooking.
