With its space saving cantilever design, the SELMI RS200 Enrobing Attachment can be quickly & easily wheeled into position and connected to the tempering machine. When not required, simply disconnect, tilt upright and wheel out of the way.
RS200 Enrobing Belt
The RS200 consists of three sections - the Loading Zone, the Coating Zone and the Take Off Zone.
The Loading Zone can be operated independently to allow the product being coated to be positioned accurately.
The Coating Zone incorporates mechanical vibration which is designed to help to give the product a uniform coating and also has a height adjustable air blower with a food-grade filter to blow off excess chocolate.
The Take Off Zone feeds the finished products onto one-sided food grade glazed paper.* To minimise wasted space and materials, the paper can be set in motion or stopped using a mechanical control lever.
